I firmly reject the notion that when our students go home and play video games they are being “anti-social”. Move out of the lens YOU view the world through and start putting yourself in your students' shoes. You’ll see that kids are as social as they’ve ever been. pic.twitter.com/ZReP…
👉 Problem: You looked at a students #GoogleDoc on Monday. They made edits on T, W, and Th. You look at it again on Friday, but have to look at multiple separate revisions. 👉 Solution: This #EduGIF. jakemiller.net/using… #EduGIFs #GoogleWorkspace #Chromebooks #GAFE4Littles pic.twitter.com/dvAg…
Are the PCs using government resources to attack the NDP and the Manitoba Teacher’s Society? So you’ve got money for that but not for schools. Not to mention it’s inappropriate. #mbpoli
Just saw Min of Ed on news decrying mis-information re: Bill 64. MB’s have been asking questions on how @PCcaucus came up with Bill 64. The Bill doesn’t resemble K-12 Ed review, is based on their own campaign of mis-information. Distract, deflect is their only response? Wow.
Respectfully Minister Cullen, every time you reference improving education in Manitoba and purposefully choose to glaze over poverty in our province, you remind all voters that you are choosing to ignore the most important area that will improve educational outcomes for all. pic.twitter.com/byqI…
Manitoban’s are making decisions about bill 64 based on their own research AND on based on the expertise of educational stakeholders such as teachers and school leaders. To suggest otherwise is an insult to Manitobans.

#GoogleChat Rooms are going to be renamed Spaces. I hope this also means members can no longer rename the space or kick out other members. Then teachers can use this tool with students. @GoogleWorkspace @GoogleForEdu #GoogleEDU theverge.com/2021/6/… via @verge

As a leader, the single most important aspect of communicating is listening. And listening doesn't mean just hearing, but to hear something with thoughtful attention and to give consideration.
I’m super pumped to share a Google Classroom tutorial I put together for @GoogleForEdu and their official YouTube page! So honored to have been chosen to talk about supporting all learners when using the platform. Check it out! youtu.be/agbjRsjGCms @mayyoulee #GoogleET

Thank You @manace_manitoba for this incredible honour! To say I was completely shocked to receive this recognition is an understatement! I am so excited to continue this work in the coming years. @louis_riel_sd #MIEEca #esportsEDU #STEMed pic.twitter.com/SiOM…
